Yesterday Spring teased. Today Winter unleashed snow. It's hard to focus. Yes, it's March ... the time when it isn't Winter, but it isn't Spring yet either ... the longest month of the year ... a time for daydreams by the sea.
The warmth of the sun on your face, the feel of the sand on your feet, the smell of the sea in the air, dining alfresco at sunset. A clam bake? Grilled fish, perhaps? A lobster boil (now I'm hungry)?

How does my daydream by the sea look, you wonder --
Inspired by the table setting? It's Costa Nova Madeira Dinnerware. As for that Spinach and Radish Salad, the recipe is below.
Spinach & Radish Salad
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
1 teaspoon honey mustard
salt to taste
8 ounces fresh spinach, washed and picked over
4-6 fresh radishes, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons shelled, raw sunflower seeds
In a large salad bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients to make the salad dressing. Dip a spinach leaf in the salad dressing, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed. Add spinach and sliced radishes to the salad bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and serve immediately. Enjoy!
