Gardening on a city lot can be a challenge ... poor soil, pollution, weeds and might I say DOGS! However, this years abundance of rain and cool temperatures, along with years of feeding the soil, has yielded a unusually lush garden. So much so, that we've been graced with visits from feathered friends we've never seen before ... Baltimore Orioles, Scarlet Tanagers, Grey Cat Birds, and Nashville Warblers. All came for a short visit on their Spring migration! They're cohabitating with the Robins, Cardinals, Gold Finches, House Finches, Chickadees, and Wrens. I'm thrilled! Enjoy the view!
